Damaged/Defective Items


If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team at Be sure to include photos of the item and order number.

A refund or replacement will be issued within 7-10 days.

For all other returns, you can ship your item back in the original packaging to the below address. Then email our Customer Service team at with your order number and tracking number of the returned shipment. Once the returned item has been received, a refund of the item cost will be issued within 7-10 days to the original payment method.
