Damaged/Defective Items
If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@ckkhome.com. Be sure to include photos of the item and order number.
A refund or replacement will be issued within 7-10 days.
All other returns
For all other returns, you can ship your item back in the original packaging to the below address. Then email our Customer Service team at customerservice@ckkhome.com with your order number and tracking number of the returned shipment. Once the returned item has been received, a refund of the item cost will be issued within 7-10 days to the original payment method.
