If an item(s) were damaged in transit/delivery, please submit a photo of product(s) to CustomerService@CKKHome.com.

We will be happy to replace the broken item(s) if a request has been received within 7 business days of confirmed delivery.

Stonebriar Collection is not responsible for lost/stolen packages after a delivery confirmation is received from the carrier.
